Quinn has been a professional with Thumbs Up Farm since 2008, after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in economics. Quinn’s career with Thumbs Up began much earlier, however, with successes in her junior years including, 1995 West Coast AHSA Medal Finals Champion, numerous top 6 placings in the USET West Coast Finals, WCHR Junior Hunter Challenge Reserve Champion at Capital Challenge, and top placings in the WCHR Junior Hunter Division.

Professional career highlights include:
- Winner, Michelob Classic Grand Prix in Bend, Oregon.

2019:
- 2nd Overall National WCHR Developing Professional
- 3rd WCHR Developing Professional Hunter Challenge
- Winner, $5,000 Ashby Group National Hunter Derby with Barbados DSF

2020:
- Leading Professional Rider, WCHR NW Region
- Winner, $5,000 Green Hunter Incentive Challenge NW Region with Wonderland in 2020

2021:
- Winner, $20,000 International Hunter Derby with Chaperone
- Winner, $5,000 National Hunter Derby with Chaperone

2022:
- USHJA Champion International Hunter Derby Rider Money Won, Northwest Region
- $20,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby NW Regional Championships with Chaperone
- $25,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby with Chaperone
- $10,000 George & Dianne Tidball Legacy Canadian Hunter Derby with Chaperone

In addition to her consistent competitive results, Quinn excels in riding and training young horses and retraining problematic horses. Quinn also instructs and manages daily operations at Thumbs Up and currently chairs the USHJA Zone 9 Committee, sits on the WCHR Task Force and WSHJA Board.
